The Apprentice Concept of
Ready to Work Akademie GmbH

Your successful start into an apprenticeship – with our preparation program

Start early – arrive safely

German course – 20 hours/week

Training takes place online and on-site

Work & Learn simultaneously (20 hours per week)

Parallel to the course, you are allowed – according to visa regulations – to work up to 20 hours per week as an assistant in your future training company. This offers you many advantages:

This way, you start your apprenticeship not as a “newcomer,” but as part of the team – with confidence, experience, and a good feeling. You are therefore ready to work even before your apprenticeship begins.

Note: To ensure your application is processed quickly and reliably, we recommend setting up a blocked account for the duration of the preparatory course.

Frequently Asked Questions by Our Applicants

The first step is a free and non-binding consultation. Together, we will find out which apprenticeship or job best suits your skills and career goals.

Afterward, you will take a short German test with one of our native-speaking colleagues. This ensures that your language skills are sufficient for your desired path.

Then, we carefully review your profile internally and professionally prepare your application documents. With your consent, we forward your application to suitable companies.

As soon as a company shows interest, you will be invited for an interview.

If you receive an offer, we will guide you step-by-step through the administrative process and provide comprehensive support for your visa application.

For a successful job search and for applying for a work visa, proficient German language skills are required. As a rule, at least a B2 level is expected so that you can communicate confidently in your professional life.

If you wish to apply for an apprenticeship, you should have at least B1 level German. Good language skills significantly increase your chances of acceptance and make your start in Germany easier. With our 4-month preparatory course, you also have the opportunity to further improve your German language skills and, in particular, to learn job-specific German.

A new chapter abroad is especially wonderful when you can start it together with your family. We know how important it is not to take this step alone, but to embark on a successful future together from the very beginning.

That is why we provide comprehensive support for your family reunification visa application. We advise you on all requirements, carefully plan the joint entry, and accompany you through the entire process.

Upon request, we can apply for the visa through the Fast Track procedure to expedite the process and ensure that your family receives their visa on schedule and without unnecessary delays.

Our goal is to enable a safe, well-organized, and successful start in Germany for you and your family.

No problem! We understand that taking a German exam incurs time and costs.

If you already have good German language skills, we will test them in a short German test. Afterward, upon request, we will obtain a language confirmation from the employer so that everything runs smoothly when submitting your documents to the German embassy.

The duration depends on various factors – for example, how quickly we find a suitable employer, how authorities respond, and how long it takes to issue the visa.

However, the entire process usually takes between 3 and 6 months.

In Germany, there are legal minimum amounts designed to ensure that you can cover your living expenses during your apprenticeship or employment.

If your apprenticeship allowance or salary is not sufficient, you must prove the difference in a blocked account. This shows the authorities that you are financially secure and can easily cover your living expenses.

Yes, that is possible – and we have developed a practical concept for it. After careful review, we have decided that you can enter Germany up to 4 months before the start of your apprenticeship or employment.

During this time, you have the opportunity to learn German up to 20 hours per week and simultaneously work up to 20 hours per week at your future training company.

This way, you can integrate into Germany more quickly, improve your language skills, and gain direct insights into your future workplace – so you are optimally prepared for the official start of your apprenticeship.

Unfortunately, this is not always possible. As a recruiting company, we have a strong network of partner companies, especially in the Lower Saxony region. Therefore, the region and specific place of employment cannot be freely chosen – we place you where suitable apprenticeship and job positions are available and your profile optimally matches a company.

This way, we ensure that you receive a secure position with a reliable employer and can start well-supported in Germany.

Currently, we do not have our own branches in our cooperation countries.

Our company headquarters are located at Bakumer Str. 56, 49393 Lohne (Oldenburg), Lower Saxony
