Introduction

Ready to Work Akademie GmbH was founded in October 2025 and specialises in recruiting, training and integrating international skilled workers and apprentices from selected third countries—particularly Iran, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Morocco and Uzbekistan.

Having started in the Oldenburger Münsterland region and being closely connected there, we work with numerous partner companies both regionally and across Germany. This allows us to combine personal on-site support with a strong nationwide network.

Our goal is to place motivated and qualified employees with German companies who contribute to stability and growth in the long term.

We support the entire process: from selection in the country of origin, through language and qualification courses, visa and recognition procedures, to placement and integration in Germany.

This turns an international applicant into an employee who is professionally, linguistically and culturally “ready to work”.

Our experience

Our work is based on many years of experience in the HR sector. We have been active in temporary staffing since 2012 and understand companies’ requirements as well as employees’ needs first-hand.

Since 2022, we have strategically expanded our focus and have been active in the direct placement of international skilled workers and apprentices. Initially, our focus was on healthcare, particularly hospitals and care facilities. Due to increasing demand and our successful approach, we were able to quickly expand into additional sectors—including industry and skilled trades.

In parallel, we have built a stable international applicant network. It began in Iran, followed by collaborations in Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine. This established network enables us to identify motivated and qualified talent in a targeted manner and prepare them to match the needs of German companies.

Our experience, combined with our holistic approach, makes us a reliable partner for sustainable recruitment.

Our mission

Our mission is not only to place international skilled workers and apprentices throughout Germany, but to prepare them holistically for their roles in German companies and integrate them sustainably.

We support the entire process—from selection in the country of origin, through qualification, visa and recognition procedures, to on-site integration, including support with finding accommodation. In this way, we create stable employment relationships and develop international talent into employees who are linguistically, professionally and culturally ready to work.

Cooperation Partners

Cooperation with the Handwerker Akademie Oldenburger Münsterland

Since spring 2025, we have been working closely with the Handwerker Akademie Oldenburger Münsterland. The aim of this cooperation is to support companies in recruiting qualified skilled workers and motivated apprentices.

Together, we ensure that companies not only find suitable candidates, but that these candidates also receive optimal professional training when needed. The contact person for all questions on behalf of the Handwerker Akademie is Ms Michaela Rape.

Through this cooperation, we combine practical qualification, targeted recruitment and individual support—enabling companies to quickly and reliably recruit motivated skilled workers and apprentices.

Partners & Cooperation

We work closely with reliable partners in several third countries, including Iran, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine. These partnerships enable us to identify motivated skilled workers and apprentices in a targeted manner and prepare them for a professional future in Germany.

A particular highlight was our trip to Vietnam in 2026 at the invitation of our partner: we took part in a major recruiting event with around 200 applicants interested in a career in Germany. In many personal conversations, we were able to present opportunities while also getting to know potential candidates directly.

In addition, we visited companies from various sectors there, including food and meat processing, hotels and hospitality, and we have already explored initial opportunities in the skilled trades as well as in the care sector.

These international networks enable us to recruit highly motivated, qualified talent for German companies—tailored precisely to your industry.
